Job Description
As an Admin & IT Superhero you will be an active team member and leader of the overall administration team and its daily operations. The role involves answering incoming calls from clients, respond to inquiries and questions, troubleshoot problems of admin & IT (but not limited to) and provide information as well as various administrative tasks within the office. The successful candidate must be extremely self-motivated, organized and passionate about adding value to the clients, team and company as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks within the facility.
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults.
- Providing technical support.
- Effectively plan, install, configure, and optimize the IT infrastructure.
- Configured and resolved IT network components (hardware and software) to guarantee smooth functional infrastructure.
- Vendor/Project Management, Dealing and Coordination with supplies vendor to ensure smooth supply of items at location.
- Space Management, housekeeping record/monthly reports, maintaining data of office items.
- Staff Management including lower staff to cater to daily operations of the office and managing external duties for swift daily operations.
- Events, training and official guest visit & arrangement internally and externally as per requirement.
- Support staff supervision.
- Ensuring fire safety of the facility.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Problem-solving skills – IT specialists troubleshoot networks, computers, and devices.
- Service oriented attitude combined with forward thinking
- Good Command on MS Office, Teams, Zoom and Skype for meetings
- Understanding of Management software like Quickbooks, Trello and Asana
- Business Communication Skills.
- Very good understanding of office management processes.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Bachelors in IT Software (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
