Xper2Go Pvt. Ltd., a growing technology-driven service provider supporting the hospitality industry in the U.S., is looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Reporting Engineer to join our Operations team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of automation, scripting, AI integrations, and data reporting — and is excited to build smart, scalable solutions around Datto RMM and Autotask PSA.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain advanced automation scripts (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
- Package reusable scripting components with parameters and documentation
- Implement and optimize monitoring, patching, deployment, and remediation jobs
- Configure workflows, extension callouts, and webhooks
- Develop AI-based smart ticket summaries (internal & client-facing)
- Ensure automations align with SLAs, queues, and ticket lifecycle rules
- Build and maintain Autotask Live Reports and scheduled operational reports
- Develop dashboards for SLA performance, ticket trends, and resource utilization
- Connect PSA/RMM data to BI tools (e.g., Power BI) when required
- Translate business needs into structured datasets, KPIs, and actionable insights
- Work with REST APIs (GET/POST, JSON, authentication, pagination)
- Develop automation utilities for data sync, cleanup, and workflow enhancement
- Maintain structured documentation for scripts, automations, and reports
- Implement version control and basic change management
- Monitor and continuously improve automation reliability
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
✅ Experience with Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages
✅ Strong REST API & JSON integration experience
✅ Solid understanding of SQL queries and relational data concepts
✅ Hands-on experience with Datto RMM (or similar RMM platform)
✅ Experience configuring Autotask PSA (tickets, workflows, LiveReports)
✅ Experience with low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations for summaries, classification, or routing
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
✅ Ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions
