We’re hiring a developer to maintain and grow our production AI voice calling platform: real phone calls over SIP, conversational AI agents, live-agent handoff to call-center queues, admin dashboards, CRM, and call analytics.

You’ll work on:
Python voice-agent backend (LiveKit Agents, OpenAI, Deepgram STT, ElevenLabs TTS)
Next.js apps — admin panel, public call UI, CRM
MongoDB, JWT auth, REST APIs
SIP/Telnyx telephony, Vicidial handoff, call recordings & transcriptions
AWS ECS, Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD
Requirements:
2–4 years building production apps
Strong Python + TypeScript/Next.js
Hands-on LLM experience (prompts, function calling)
LiveKit or similar real-time audio/WebRTC
MongoDB, Git, debugging live systems
Nice to have: Telnyx/SIP/VoIP, Deepgram/ElevenLabs, AWS ECS, Redis, call-center or CRM experience
Ideal fit: a hands-on engineer who can own the full stack — fix production call issues, ship new agent features, and improve dashboards — not just prototype demos.
