🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Engineer – Generative & Agentic AI
My Digital People is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer (2–3 years experience) to design and deploy next-gen AI systems, including agentic workflows, voice agents, and scalable LLM-based applications.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Build and optimize agentic AI workflows using LangChain / LangGraph
Develop multi-agent systems and automation pipelines
Create and integrate voice AI agents (Vapi, ElevenLabs)
Deploy and manage open-source LLMs on AWS / Azure / GCP
Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and knowledge systems
Optimize AI solutions for performance, latency, and cost efficiency
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in Python, AI/ML fundamentals
Hands-on work with LLMs, prompt engineering, and system design
Experience with API integration and cloud deployment
Familiarity with tools like n8n, Flowise, or similar platforms
Understanding of AI evaluation, safety, and guardrails
