Stafflink is looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent logging systems for LLM-based applications. You’ll help make AI systems more transparent, reliable, and scalable in production.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Build scalable logging frameworks for AI agents.
- Capture and structure agent reasoning traces and outputs.
- Work with LangChain/LangGraph, LLMs, and RAG systems in production.
- Collaborate with AI & MLOps teams to define observability best practices.
Requirements:
1. Strong Python skills and production experience.
2. Hands-on with LangChain/LangGraph and LLM/RAG systems.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and observability tools (ELK, Datadog, etc.).
