We’re Hiring: AI Engineer
Job Type: Permanent, On-site
Location: Naval Anchorage, Islamabad (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, following US EST time zone (6AM - 3PM)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain DialogFlow CX conversational agents for both voice and chat interfaces.
• Integrate DialogFlow Phone Gateway and monitor agent performance and user experience.
• Implement grounding techniques to minimize AI hallucinations and enhance system reliability.
• Write and manage Node.js Cloud Functions to support backend conversational logic.
• Integrate external APIs and manage JSON-based data exchanges between services.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain environments within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Support Vertex AI and Gemini API integrations to enhance conversational intelligence.
• Conduct thorough testing, tuning, and validation of conversational flows to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance with healthcare use cases.
Requirements for the Role:
• 2–3 years of experience in AI development or GCP-based environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with DialogFlow CX and conversational AI solutions.
• Proficient in Node.js, API integrations, and JSON-based workflows.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Functions and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with Vertex AI, Gemini API, or similar LLM-based integrations.
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
• Basic experience with SQL (MySQL) for data logging and analysis.
