Scala Teams is looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy cutting-edge LLM-based and agentic applications in production. If you’re passionate about solving real-world problems with AI, this role is for you.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, adaptable mindset.
💡 Nice to have:
- Experience with GCP and MLOps practices.
- Background in building scalable APIs or end-to-end AI systems.
