We're seeking an experienced AI / ML Lead to design and build scalable scoring, ranking, and analytics systems powered by explainable machine learning and NLP.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scoring and ranking methodologies.
• Build explainable ML models using XGBoost, LightGBM, and related technologies.
• Design sentiment analysis and reputation-scoring frameworks using NLP and LLMs.
• Define model retraining, monitoring, and inference infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Maintain clear, auditable, and defensible model documentation.
🔹 Requirements
✔ 3+ years of applied Data Science / Machine Learning experience.
✔ Strong expertise in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
✔ Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, embeddings, and LLM APIs.
✔ Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production ML systems.
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills.
