We're Hiring: AI-Powered Full Stack Engineers at ZenDev Co. (Lahore, Onsite)

ZenDev Co. is an AI-first software agency delivering products for clients across the US, UK, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. We build 3x faster than traditional agencies, and the secret is how our engineers work.
We're looking for 2 Full Stack Engineers who use AI as a superpower:
- Comfortable coding with Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI tools daily
- Know how to prompt, iterate, and ship faster using AI agents not just autocomplete
- Strong foundation in Java, Python, and/or Node.js
- Full stack, you can handle backend logic, APIs, and frontend when needed
- Working on US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Based in Lahore, onsite role
What we actually care about:
→ Can you use Claude or Cursor to write, review, and debug code 2–3x faster?
→ Do you know how to set up and work with AI agents and automated workflows?
→ Are you the kind of engineer who figures out how AI can solve a problem before writing a single line manually?
What you'll be building:
→ Web apps, mobile apps, SaaS platforms for international clients
→ AI-integrated features, not just bolted on, built in from day one
→ Production-grade systems that actually ship on time
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (internship applications also welcome)
- Active daily user of at least one AI coding tool, this is mandatory, not a nice to have
- Lahore-based, onsite
- US EST timezone
