Job Purpose
The person in this position would be responsible for providing operational support from a tech perspective and work on new initiatives & projects laid out by the management. He/she will also be actively involved in the SEO projects and initiatives related to it.
Responsibilities
Production Support, making updates to existing builds
Developing new modules for new initiatives
Setting up new clients(builds) to onboard new partners
Monitor and fix the existing API issues and client end issues
Requirement gathering, scope formation, Plan and discussion on new projects
Support our Call Center Team on tech issues
Database maintenance, new tables, fields etc.
Maintenance of the company websites and portals
Server maintenance on EC2 and GoDaddy
Deployments, testing, bug fixes
Manage the front-end changes on Landing pages and portals
Support SEO initiatives
Skills Needed
Excellent English Communication skills (Proficiency: Professional)
Experience or fair understanding of UI/UX and should have an eye for design
Basic understanding of the HTML, CSS & Bootstrap
Core PHP and Laravel development along with a fair understanding of JQuery & AJAX
Must have extensive knowledge of MySQL DB; any other DB is a plus
Must have experience in Bootstrap, JQuery and JavaScript. AngularJS, ReactJS or VueJS frontend framework knowledge is a plus
Must be familiar with REST API, OAuth and HTTP requests
Logic building in scenarios where new a new module or API is to created or updated.
Prior experience or understanding of Version Control systems Preferably GIT
Understanding of Server side handling / DevOps/ User creation, user password etc. manipulation
Experience in AWS EC2 is a plus.
Ability to develop scripts, schedulers and more logic related tasks
Prior experienced or knowledge about SEO is preferred
