Better Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced ASO (App Store Optimization) Expert to join a growing digital team.
📍 Location Lahore (Onsite)
💼 Experience 1–2 Years of relevant ASO experience
🕒 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1) Develop and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for iOS and Android applications.
2) Perform keyword research and optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, and visuals.
3) Improve app visibility, organic rankings, and conversion rates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
4) Monitor app performance, downloads, rankings, and user engagement using ASO tools.
5) Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
6) Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to optimize app launches and updates.
7) Stay up to date with App Store and Google Play algorithm changes and industry best practices.
8) Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
✅ Requirements
1) 1–2 years of hands-on experience in App Store Optimization (ASO).
2) Strong understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play Store ranking factors.
3) Experience with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, App Radar, or similar platforms.
4) Knowledge of keyword research, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and app analytics.
5) Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
6) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
