Assistant Manager Business Development (Female)

We are looking for a female Assistant Manager Business Development to engage active/inactive customers, drive sales growth, and lead a motivated sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, support the sales team, and implement effective strategies to meet business goals.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Engage active/inactive customers through upselling, reactivation, and strong relationship management.
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and adjust plans when needed.
Identify and onboard new customers to expand business reach.
Promote company products and maximize order generation.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and resolution of customer complaints.
Conduct regular customer visits in assigned areas and gather product feedback.
Build long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and support.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams for aligned business goals.
Meet potential clients, negotiate contracts, and handle special requests.
Prepare monthly visit calendars for all sales staff as per management criteria.
Perform routine field visits to strengthen business relationships and ensure customer retention.
📚 Requirements
🎓 BBA (Marketing) required — MBA preferred
💼 3–5 years relevant sales/leadership experience
🗣️ Excellent English (spoken & written)
🤝 Strong interpersonal, leadership & problem-solving skills
✔️ Ethical, adaptable & able to handle sensitive information
