Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1 to 1.5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data presentation. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring timely deliverables, and effectively managing data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task delegation.
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and manage project documentation using Adobe Acrobat.
- Develop comprehensive project reports and presentations using Excel for effective data visualization.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards in all project-related documentation.
- Data Management:
- Handle large datasets with advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Present data in a clear and visually appealing manner for decision-making.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights critical to project success.
- Process Optimization:
- Suggest improvements to existing workflows for better project efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-1.5 years in project coordination or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for documentation and PDF management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data presentation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
