1.5+ years of professional backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Django, Node.js, and FastAPI.
Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (design, optimisation, indexing, queries).
Strong understanding of software architecture fundamentals.
Good English communication skills (required) for client interaction & future leadership opportunities.
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows or AI-powered applications.
Knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, or distributed systems.
