What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), and database fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of backend development, APIs, and client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with a backend programming language such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Understanding of database queries, relationships, and basic CRUD operations.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Strong communication skills and good written and spoken English.
• BSCS, BSSE, BSIT, or an equivalent degree.
What You’ll Work On
• Assist in developing and maintaining backend services and APIs.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Debug issues and write clean, structured code.
• Collaborate with the development team on implementation and testing.
• Participate in code reviews and improve your development practices.
