Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our on-site team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge blockchain applications. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in blockchain development, smart contract programming, and decentralized applications (DApps). This role requires expertise in blockchain security, scalability, and integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), or other blockchain networks.
  • Build secure and scalable blockchain-based applications for various use cases.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing front-end and back-end systems.
  • Ensure blockchain security by identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
  • Optimize gas fees and improve blockchain transaction efficiency.
  • Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and business teams to implement blockchain features.
  • Maintain blockchain nodes and infrastructure to ensure system reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, tools, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Programming Languages: Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript (Node.js), Python

✅ Blockchain Platforms: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Hyperledger, Polkadot, Solana

✅ Smart Contract Development: Experience with Solidity, Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix

✅ Decentralized Applications (DApps): Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and smart contract integration

✅ Blockchain Security: Knowledge of encryption, hashing, and cybersecurity best practices

✅ Token Standards: ERC-20, ERC-721 (NFTs), ERC-1155, BEP-20

✅ Database & Storage: IPFS, decentralized storage, and traditional databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB

✅ Version Control & Dev Tools: Git, GitHub, Docker, CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Polygon, Optimistic Rollups)
  • Knowledge of DeFi protocols, staking mechanisms, and liquidity pools
  • Understanding of DAO governance models and smart contract auditing
