We are looking for a creative Brand Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic branding initiatives to enhance Hashlogics' market presence and build a consistent, memorable brand image across all platforms.
☑️ Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a clear, cohesive brand identity across all digital and print materials.
Design, refine, and manage visual content including logos, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and branded merchandise.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency in all communications and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new branding opportunities.
Assist in crafting compelling brand stories, taglines, and positioning statements that reflect Hashlogics’ mission and values.
Manage the company’s visual style guide and ensure its application in all external and internal communications.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality brand assets.
You will lead and infuse creativity into all aspects of our branding strategy.
Monitor brand perception and suggest improvements or adjustments to ensure relevance and market alignment.
☑️ Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Branding Specialist, or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual storytelling, and creative design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Attention to detail and an eye for modern, minimalist, and impactful design.
Ability to think strategically and translate brand goals into visual experiences.
