Job Description
Insignia Business Solution is looking to fill a position of a Business Analyst with at least one year of experience. Business Analyst should be able to keep track of all ongoing tasks within a project and be able to maneuver the successful implementations within newly on boarded clients and organizations.
This role is a blend of tactical and analytical functions. Business Analyst will track the product life cycle via WIPs and communicate next steps or call outs internally/externally. You will also be participating in managing, communicating and creating detailed specification/requirement sheets and draw ETAs for deliverables with the consent of all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Keep track of all the ongoing and forthcoming functionalities/capabilities
- Own and develop a relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to the concerned departments
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value
- Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in gathering and finalizing the requirements in most optimal way
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
