We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA Dev & Business Analyst to join Autosphere. RPA Dev & Business Analyst Responsibilities:


 Collaborate with client to understand their needs, requirements, and pain points to identify areas for improvement.  Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, procedures, and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.

 Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into Process Design Document.

 Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with client’s representatives to gather feedback and validate proposed solutions.

 Liaise with external teams, such as developers and consultants, to ensure that the development of RPA is align with the identified needs and requirements.

 Produce clean, efficient code based on Process Design document

 Development, testing & deployment of RPA solutions

 Gather and evaluate user feedback

 Identifying and resolving bugs in the solutions

 Implementing change requests

 Reviewing code, and ensuring it is up to a high standard

 Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.




 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Around two years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the software development industry.

 Strong understanding of business processes, procedures, and workflows.

 Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

 Familiarity with the customization and configuration of ERP and CRM systems or other enterprise software systems is a plus.

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
