Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support internal teams by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and delivering actionable insights. The candidate must be comfortable working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams to enable smart business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop business cases, process models, and project documentation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support strategic planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
- Support project implementation and assist in testing, validation, and post-deployment reviews.
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights from business performance data.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a business analysis role.
- Proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel (advanced analytics)
- Power BI or Tableau
- SQL (basic to intermediate querying)
- JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart or Visio
- PowerPoint (for stakeholder reporting)
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments.
