🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical acumen and proven experience in gathering, evaluating, and aligning business requirements with technical solutions. This role involves direct collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of large-scale government projects.
🎓 Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
🧠 Experience
✅ At least 10 years of relevant experience
✅ Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst with strong expertise in:
✔️ Business needs assessment
✔️ Requirement gathering and documentation
✔️ Business process analysis and optimization
✔️ Supporting technical and development teams
✔️ Contributing to project planning, tracking, and delivery
💼 Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows
Bridge the gap between technical teams and client stakeholders
Support project planning, timelines, and coordination with PMs
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Ensure alignment between project outputs and organizational goals
🛠️ Skills Required

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience working in technology or consulting environments
✔️ Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
