We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (2–3 Years of Experience)

Are you passionate about turning business needs into smart technology solutions? We’re looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience who can translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements and support digital transformation across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate needs into functional and non-functional specifications
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams
Conduct process mapping, feasibility studies, and gap analysis
Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and related documentation
Support testing/validation to ensure quality deliverables
Facilitate workshops, review meetings, and stakeholder sessions
Maintain requirement traceability and manage change requests
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software environment
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio
Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech
Familiarity with API-based integrations or middleware
Basic SQL and data analysis knowledge
Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA)
