About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about digital products, emerging technologies, and creative problem-solving. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and developers, translating ideas into structured documentation, functional requirements, and ultimately, high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into clear documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SRS).
- Lead product scoping, feature definition, and MVP planning for web and immersive digital experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between user needs and technical deliverables.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process diagrams for development teams.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and sprint reviews to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to support new business proposals.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and technical/business documentation for new projects and RFPs.
- Support ongoing projects by improving internal documentation, processes, and workflow standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a Product Management role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent written communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, or ClickUp (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and digital product lifecycles.
- Interest in emerging tech including immersive technologies, Web3, gaming, or interactive media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a creative tech studio, software development company, or digital innovation environment.
- Exposure to blockchain, gamification, metaverse, or immersive experiences (AR/VR).
- Ability to draft feature specs, visualize workflows, or create basic wireframes/low-fidelity prototypes.
