Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with experience working on digital products. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and well-documented requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Translate requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and development teams
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarifications
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with business goals
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on digital products or software projects
Strong experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to understand client needs and convert them into clear documentation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good communication and documentation skills
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of UX/UI and system workflows.
