Business Developer

Job Description

Techuccino is a bootstrap startup and is looking for a Business Developer (Lead Generation) to join our team under the Staff Augmentation model. The job is 3-month contract part-time(extendable on good performance).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying on various client jobs and landing us interviews to help fill skill gaps, scale up our workforce, and manage workloads without incurring the costs and long-term commitment associated with hiring full-time employees.

✓ Responsibilities:

• Apply to various client jobs and land interviews for the company
• Conduct research on potential clients to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Attend meetings with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions
• Communicate with the staffing agency to ensure the delivery of the right talent to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress

✓ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Proven experience in business development and lead generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Knowledge of the Staff Augmentation model is a plus
