💼 Position: Business Development Executive
📍 Location: On-Site, Johar Town, Lahore
📅 Experience: 1-3 Years
💰 Salary: PKR 100,000 - PKR 150,000 + Incentives & Bonuses (Target-Based)
What You'll Do:
✅ Engage potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms
✅ Write winning proposals to secure projects
✅ Build & maintain strong client relationships
✅ Negotiate and close deals effectively
✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 1-3 years of business development experience (Upwork & LinkedIn preferred)
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Proven track record in achieving sales targets
🔹 Familiarity with CRM tools & digital marketing basics
