🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Professional (1–2 Years Experience)
📍 On-site | DHA Phase 5, Lahore

Are you someone who knows the BD game end-to-end, from cold outreach to qualified conversations? If email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation are your strengths, we want to meet you.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Plan and execute email marketing & LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Generate, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads
Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging & follow-ups
Leverage automation & BD tools to scale outreach
Manage and maintain CRM pipelines
Align closely with marketing & delivery teams
Conduct market research, ICP building & competitor analysis
Track KPIs (open rates, replies, conversions & revenue impact)
Mentor juniors/freshers and guide best practices

🛠 What We’re Looking For

1–2 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Growth
Strong hands-on experience with Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach
Familiarity with tools like:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo / Seamless / Snov / Clay
Smartlead / Instantly / Lemlist
CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
