Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the real estate market through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to drive sales and revenue growth.
3. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on their needs and requirements.
5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to promote our services and offerings.
6. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure partnerships.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
8. Prepare and present regular progress reports and performance metrics to management.
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the network.
10. Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, proposals, and agreements with clients and partners.
11. Keep abreast of changes in real estate regulations and laws to ensure compliance in all business transactions.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
9. Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
10. Must have experience with CRM and Cold calling.
