Key Details:
- Location: I-10/3 Islamabad, Pakistan
- Experience: Fresh to 1+ years in sales (international recruitment is a plus)
- Hours: 7 PM - 3 AM (US Shift, Onsite)
- Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Salary: Competitive
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Check and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update our client database.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
- Follow up with leads obtained through various channels.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales and placement targets consistently.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and email marketing for business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in outbound/inbound sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Proficient with CRM systems and online networking tools.
