Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to help us expand our client base and strengthen business relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for growth in the customs brokerage and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in customs brokerage
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and execute sales strategies
Collaborate with management on targeted marketing campaigns
Stay up to date on customs regulations and trade policies
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
💼 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field (preferably customs brokerage/logistics)
🛠️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
