Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (CS Preferred)
✔️ At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development/sales (preferably IT/software)
✔️ Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding & LinkedIn outreach
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
✔️ Basic understanding of software services and project lifecycle
✔️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
