Alpha Cyber Solutions (PVT) Ltd. is looking for a confident, target-driven Business Development Associate to support sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and direct visits.
Present technology, cybersecurity, digitization, and training solutions to corporate decision-makers.
Prepare pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Contribute to revenue growth and business development targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Urdu.
Confidence, resilience, and a proactive, target-oriented approach.
Driving licence or personal vehicle is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary plus 5%–10% uncapped commission on closed deals.
