Job Requirements:
* Must be a graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Good negotiation, convincing, and client-handling skills.
* Hands-on knowledge of Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation and client outreach.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying potential clients and generating leads.
* Ability to research target markets, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
* Proactive, confident, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Ability to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate potential leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Reach out to prospective clients through professional emails, messages, and calls.
* Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
* Follow up with leads and assist in converting prospects into clients.
* Support the business development team in achieving sales targets.
