We are looking for a Business Development Executive with solid experience working with a high-growth company, specifically a digital marketing company or agency. To be successful in this role, you need to know how to source for clients using various lead sourcing platforms like Linkedin, Upwork, job boards, etc; have the hunger and proven ability to bring in new leads, drive sales process from plan to close, find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth. You also need to have strong research skills and have the ability to adequately support our marketing efforts as required.

- 1-2 year experience in Business Development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Experience in writing quality proposals
- Experience in bidding for jobs on Upwork
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to take a warm lead to closed new business
- Ability to create and execute strategic plans to bring new leads and expand our business
