Business Development Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills.

 

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in marketing, business administration, and related fields.
  • Proven working experience of a minimum of 02 years in Business Development.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.
  • Proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
