- Leverage platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn to find and connect with potential clients.
- Craft compelling proposals and bid on projects that align with the company's expertise and service offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
- Apply knowledge of staff augmentation to effectively meet clients' needs for temporary, flexible staffing solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring possibilities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market insights to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT sector.
