Job Duties
• Search & attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
• Preparing and delivering presentations to potential new clients
• Run outbound B2B (Cold calls, emails, etc.) to create self-generated sales opportunities
• Arrange virtual/in person meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and review company services
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Organized and self-disciplined, with strong time-management skills
• Tenacious and combined with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Coachable team-player focused on winning with integrity
Requirements
• 1+ plus year of experience in sales and business development.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Adequate knowledge of Medical Billing and Health Care Industry.
• Strong in verbal and written communications.
• Able to work in night shift

• Graduation degree in any discipline
• Advance level of prospecting and sales experience
• Experience in CRM would be a plus.
• Strong analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
