Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at EWDTech located in Faisalabad. As a Business Development Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lead generation, managing accounts, and promoting EWD-Tech's services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients or projects in the freelance market to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to the requirements of freelance projects or clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with freelance clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for freelance business growth.
- Actively network and engage with freelancers, industry professionals, and potential clients to expand the freelance business's reach and visibility.
- Track and analyze the performance of freelance projects, using data to make strategic decisions and improve future outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, specifically within the freelancing or related industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of freelancing platforms, marketplaces, and a strong network of freelancers. Experience in managing freelancers for project success.
- Proficient in understanding technical concepts and adept at articulating them to clients. Familiarity with digital technologies, software development, or other technical domains is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding effectively to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose effective solutions.
- Proactive in building and maintaining professional networks, both online and offline.
