We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth through new client acquisitions and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with specific experience in managing freelance profiles such as Upwork and Freelancer, and a strong grasp of email marketing and other business development portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer), email marketing, and other business development portals.
Manage and optimize our presence on freelance platforms, including profile optimization, proposal writing, and client communication.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with 1 or 2 years experience.
Excellent understanding of email marketing strategies and platforms.
Strong familiarity with business development portals and tools.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field.
