About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team during night shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for business growth and development, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working in a global setting across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential business opportunities through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations to showcase company services and solutions, with a goal of securing new clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals with clients while ensuring their expectations are met and aligned with company offerings.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of communication with prospects and clients, provide regular updates to management on business development activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product teams) to align on client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. (Experience in night shift roles is a plus)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients across diverse regions.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex conversations and close deals.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and other business development software.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently during night shifts.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in different time zones and with global clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience working with international clients, especially in the North American, European, or Asian markets.
Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to apply insights for strategic growth.
