Job Description
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by generating high-quality leads within the healthcare sector. You’ll leverage your sales acumen, networking abilities, and excellent communication skills to introduce CureTech Billing’s solutions to potential clients and build lasting relationships that convert into new business.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, and you’ll be supported with comprehensive training and ongoing development to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls/cold calling
- Engage healthcare providers through outbound calls and emails, introducing CureTech’s RCM services.
- Qualify leads effectively, ensuring they align with our target audience within the healthcare space (clinics, labs, rehab centers, imaging centers, home health, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted resource in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to set up appointments and help close deals.
- Maintain an accurate CRM to track leads, prospects, and key interactions with precision.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and lead generation targets, contributing to CureTech's success.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication especially call center experience and interpersonal skills—a natural networker who thrives in outbound sales.
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities at once.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain an accurate record of all prospect information.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to generate leads and drive success.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
