We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the company's success through strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly agents from different countries who handle custom clearance, through research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by utilizing various tools and strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities, especially within the automotive sector.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client and agent requirements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to improve business development strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in dealing with international agents or the automotive industry is a plus.
