Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong communication skills, a hunger to learn, and an eagerness to drive results. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business leads within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sector
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, and medical centers
- Scheduling meetings and explaining how Medatron’s services can benefit the client’s operations
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and optimize client outreach
- Following up on prospects, ensuring timely communication, and managing client inquiries
- Collaborating on sales strategies and achieving monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Up to 6 months of sales experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare sales (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Motivated and self-driven, with a passion for learning and growing in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong interest in the healthcare industry and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
