We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to acquire international clients for these services. This hybrid role allows onsite work in Bahria Town, Lahore, with remote flexibility when needed. The role offers a basic salary plus a high commission structure, ensuring unlimited earnings based on performance.
📌 Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and approach international clients needing IT, web development, marketing, monetization, and consultancy services.
✔ Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire direct projects.
✔ Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
✔ Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals with decision-makers and businesses.
✔ Use LinkedIn, email marketing, and other outreach methods to acquire clients.
✔ Work closely with the internal team to understand project scopes and deliverables.
✔ Meet monthly revenue targets and expand the company’s global reach.
📌 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (preferably in IT, Digital Marketing, or Web Services).
✔ Track record of successfully acquiring and closing international clients for long-term projects in the IT industry.
✔ Experience in winning high-value deals for companies and managing client relationships for long-term business growth.
✔ Strong understanding of WordPress, PHP Laravel (Backend Development), UI/UX, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing, and Monetization services.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to secure deals.
✔ Ability to find, engage, and convert international clients effectively.
✔ Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and CRM tools.
✔ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
✔ Must be available for onsite meetings & collaboration at Bahria Town, Lahore, while having remote flexibility when required.
