We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at a renowned hotel chain in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the hotel's market share and revenue.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
* Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a business development role within the hospitality industry or corporate sector.
* Proven track record of success in generating new business.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
