Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire potential clients through Upwork and other online platforms.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from pitching to closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Upwork platform with expertise in lead generation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the tech or IT industry is a plus.
