Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator/Business Development Executive to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, product discovery calls, and handling various sales-related activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, written and spoken English skill, and a passion for building strong relationships with customers. The Position will work closely with both domestic and international clients, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination of sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying new market opportunities.
- Conduct research on emerging market and customers to support sales strategies.
- Facilitate and manage customer interactions through various channels.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and maintain a professional demeanour in all communications.
- Product Discovery Calls / Webinars / Events:
- Schedule and participate in product discovery calls with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide relevant product information.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and product information.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including quotes, contracts, and proposals.
- Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Effectively present information to clients, management, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office Tools:
- Possess strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT (or similar AI tools).
- Event / Webinar Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and host both online and physical events for product demonstrations, client engagement, and brand promotion.
- Handle international client inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborating with IT Brands:
- Work with major international IT brands to ensure seamless coordination in joint efforts and product integration.
- Global Market Operations:
- Confidently and passionately manage tasks related to international market development, displaying an understanding of global sales operations and cultural nuances.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Assisting the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Lead generation and qualification.
- Local and international market development through engagement with partners and end-users.
- Effective handling of customer interactions and inquiries.
