We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales through multiple online platforms, including Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and web development services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire potential clients through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelancing/job platforms.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to close deals and meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client success.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports.
• Continuously optimize lead generation and sales strategies for maximum results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or freelancing on Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and IT services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
