We are seeking a proactive, results-driven business development executive to join our high-performing team in Islamabad. In this role, you will drive our business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing lasting client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring new sales team members, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and success of our sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential new clients, effectively pitching Skylift Marketing’s suite of services.
- Foster and sustain productive, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client needs and queries.
- Generate and present accurate, insightful sales reports to track progress and forecast future opportunities.
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets, actively contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new team members, sharing best practices and sales strategies.
- Support and manage sales operations to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively conduct training sessions for onboarding and developing sales staff.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in the marketing industry will be a strong advantage.
