Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials for potential clients.
Maintain and update CRM tools to track interactions and business development progress
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and vendors.
Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment in business development efforts.
Assist with sales and lead generation activities, including cold-calling, networking events, and online research.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
