Business Development Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and qualify potential leads and business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials for potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools to track interactions and business development progress
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment in business development efforts.
  • Assist with sales and lead generation activities, including cold-calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance to management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
